I want to introduce our new trustee, Greg Campbell who has graciously volunteered to take over for Brett Bergefurd who stepped down last month. We are excited to have him join us in our adventure as trustees…
I have included the section of our Code of Regulations which states the current trustees “may elect a new Trustee to fill the vacancy.”
CODE OF REGULATIONS OF SCIOTO FARMS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.
Section 4.03. lf any Member of the Board vacates membership on the Board as a result of death, resignation, or any other ad or reason, the remaining Members thereof may elect a new Trustee to fill the vacancy. If the remaining Trustees cannot agree upon a person to fill the vacancy within thirty (30) days after it is created, said remaining Trustees shall call a special meeting of the Members of the Association to 511 the vacancy, such meeting to be held within sixty (60) days after the vacancy is created. Any Trustee appointed or elected to fill a vacancy shall hold office for the unexpired term of the Trustee he or she succeeds and until his or her successor is elected and qualified, or until he or she resigns.
As of today, March 27, 2017, Brett Bergefurd has resigned his position as our third trustee. We thank him for his time and effort in keeping Scioto Farms a wonderful place to live and raise children. If you see Brett around the neighborhood, make sure you say thank you!
We do have a seat open for trustee if anyone is interested…
Due to popular demand, the meeting minutes are attached below for residents to look through. Please let Susie Flemming know if you have any questions.

Fun was had by all as we celebrated Halloween as a community yesterday. Thank you to Susie Fleming for rekindling this great community builder for our neighborhood. We gathered for the parade and finished in the Scioto Glen cul-de-sac for games, crafts and yum yums.
Thank you to the Bosart’s for “Find a Toy in the hay” game, The Eddington’s for the Ghost making craft, the Flemming’s for the “Pin the Nose on the Pumpkin” game and the Myers’ for the apple cider and donut holes.
Thank you again for coming out and supporting your community.
